Returns (R.M.A.) Procedures
Please fill out the following form after you have obtained an RMA number from your sales associate.
To obtain an RMA number, please contact the returns department during normal business hours (Mon.-Fri.)
The returned part(s) must have the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box, as well as contain a copy of the RMA authorization form inside the shipping box/container.
The returned part(s) must arrive at designated Alphasource Technology LLC. warehouse within 30 calendar days of the Sale issuance date, as shown on the Purhcase Order.
Alphasource Technology LLC. will not issue credits for any parts received after RMA due date. Parts received after RMA due date can be returned to client, at client’s expense, if request is made to Alphasource Technology LLC. within 30 days of original RMA issuance date. Alphasource Technology LLC. does not accept returns for special order items. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply for all good part returns.

Parts received after RMA due date can be returned to client, at client’s expense, only if written request is made to Alphasource Technology LLC. within 30 days of original RMA issuance date. Any items in the possession of and/or in the designated Alphasource Technology LLC. warehouse, after 30 days of Sale issuance, or any items returned without corresponding documentation, RMA number(s), and/or corresponding serial numbers will not be eligible for credit. Such parts will be held for 30 days for claim. Once the period expires, parts will be considered sole property of Alphasource Technology LLC and will be disposed of if needed. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply for all good part returns. Failure to meet these requirements will void the RMA. Alphasource Technology LLC. does not accept returns for special order items.
